What is Optimo Music?
Optimo Music is an end-to-end school music department system offering both student and resource management for the Performing Arts. This includes everything from complex tuition scheduling, attendance and ensemble management to complete resource management of instruments and equipment, including a comprehensive Music Library resource system.
How does it work?
Optimo Music in an intuitive cloud based system that is easy to navigate and has a logical layout. It comes with preloaded information and standardised menus which makes it fit for purpose.
Can it connect with our School Information System?
Optimo Systems offers integration with School Information Systems using API’s to connect and share information. For further information please contact tech@optimosystems.com.au.
What computer do I need?
Being a cloud based system, you can use a MAC or PC, tablet or any device that has internet connectivity. If you are a tutor using the Tutor Licence, you can also access the database on your mobile device.
How secure is my data?
Optimo uses a secure connection to the database which is fully encrypted. Everyone with access to the program requires an individual login. Optimo has completed the rigorous testing of ST4S and is always updating its services to ensure best practice.
Who backs up my program?
Optimo regularly backs up your program, including a separate backup copy to another server and has multiple protocols in place for data recovery.
