OPTIMOCOMBO
Optimocombo is designed to provide for those schools or organizations looking for flexibility and is especially suitable for community groups due to the ability to choose the number of users and the modules required.
It is available for both single or multi users:
1. Combo Package Single User
There are 4 module combinations available for the single user package:
- Library & Loans & Student/Personnel
- Instruments & Equipment, Loans & Repairs, Student/Personnel
- Combined Library, Instr/Equip Repairs & Loans, Student/Personnel
- Library & Instruments/Equipment
2. Combo Package Multi User
The 3 suites available for the multi user come with an administration module. Combinations include:
- Library & Loans & Student/Personnel
- Instruments & Equipment, Loans & Repairs, Student/Personnel
- Combined Library, Instr & Equip, Repairs & Loans, Student/Personnel
An optional extra with both the single and multi user Optimocombo is the Event Centre module, which enables you to manage aspects of your performances and concerts.
